24/7 Shelters Across Connecticut
UTRM operates multiple 24/7 shelters across Connecticut, offering transitional housing and wraparound services for men, women, families, and youth.

Rebuilders of cities. Restorers of dignity.
At Upon This Rock Ministries, we don't just see the need — we see the future.
We envision a city — and eventually a region — where no man, woman, or child is left to sleep on the streets, go hungry, or suffer in silence. We believe God is calling us to be more than responders — He's calling us to be rebuilders of cities and restorers of dignity.

645 Grand Avenue began operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a shelter with 75 beds.
"Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?"

Warmth, a meal, a health screening, and a person who knows your name — that is where restoration begins, and it is the foundation under every goal below.
UTRM operates multiple 24/7 shelters across Connecticut, offering transitional housing and wraparound services for men, women, families, and youth.
On-site mental health counselors, recovery support, career training, and discipleship programs, so guests don't just survive — they thrive.
Bringing food, clothing, medical care, and prayer to those who still remain unsheltered, meeting people right where they are.
Connecting our guests with long-term housing solutions, employment pipelines, legal aid, and mentorship.
A safe haven for those overcoming addiction, rooted in love, structure, and spiritual transformation.
Equipping churches, volunteers, and organizations to serve the unhoused with compassion, wisdom, and sustainability — multiplying impact beyond our walls.
This is not just a dream — it's a divine assignment. And with God's provision and your partnership, we will build it brick by brick, soul by soul.
We believe that the same God who turned five loaves and two fish into a feast for thousands is still multiplying today — through people just like you.
